The Food Centre at the RAU is the “Hub” for food education and learning in the Cotswolds. With it’s own allotment and purpose-built, fully equiped commercial kitchen it provides an excellent facility for training, food demos, cookery courses or food product development. The food centre is set within the grounds of the Royal Agricultural University, only minutes from the Cotswold capital town of Cirencester and is within easy reach of Kemble Station which has a direct service from London. The Food centre also benefits from having access to accommodation, which is within walking distance.
